This is not a broker/sourcer application and not an investor registration. Approved Construction Partners become bid-eligible after Layer 1 document review.
Israel has no statewide general contractor license. Licensing is local. You must hold Registrar of Contractors registration (רשם הקבלנים), including branch (anaf / ענף) and grade (sug / סוג).
After acceptance you complete dual-signed platform Terms and NDA, upload Layer 1 evidence, and gain Construction Partner portal access. Activation is Israel only.
This form is an application for review. Full identity and evidence uploads happen after acceptance (Layer 1 onboarding).
