Israel broker admissions. You are applying as a broker / sourcer on Foundation Israel.
Approved brokers source and submit deals on the Israel platform. Deals that pass Israel review may feed the Capital investor hub. This is not an investor registration and does not create a Capital login.
After acceptance you complete KYC/AML-style onboarding and dual-signed platform Terms and NDA. Activation is Israel only.
This form is an application for review. Full identity, tax where required, and evidence uploads happen after acceptance (Layer 1 onboarding).
